Building Inclusivity

Community Outreach
We are committed to the communities in the Western lifestyle. Our community outreach initiative includes highlighting real people within the western, agriculture, and work communities and telling our stories through our stores. We also support over 500 rodeos and local community events throughout the year, including the National Finals Rodeo and the Professional Bull Riders. We support ag and rodeo charity rodeo efforts as a Boot Barn sponsored 50 second national radio buy to help share their news on air.
Partners in Patriotism
We proudly support our customers who sacrificed so much to protect America. For all active and retired military personnel, we offer a year-round 10% discount on all regularly priced items. We also actively partner with military organizations such as Folds of Honor, Hiring Our Heroes, Heroes and Horses, and the Boot Campaign. This year, we continue our effort with Cavender's and Justin to support the Boot Campaign's ReBoot program, which helps veterans suffering from traumatic brain injury and PTSD. In 2021 we built our first American Made Flagship Store, and we are in the process of expanding our already existing assortment of American Made products.
Boot Straps
Over the years, Boot Barn Partners have experienced the unfortunate variety of unexpected natural disaster, illness, injury, or personal loss. Through these hardships, Boot Barn Partners have found strength in the support of their fellow Partners. In 2017, the Boot Straps Partner Assistance Fund was created to provide assistance to our fellow Boot Barn colleagues. Partners and vendors alike contributed to the fund, which is administered by the Boot Barn Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization Partner-operated. Partner-supported charity where every dollar donated goes to a Partner in need. The Boot Straps Fund was created with the primary objective: financial assistance to Boot Barn Partners in times of unexpected hardship, and to date, we have provided over $500,000 in assistance.
